Are the clogs true to size?
Yes, most customers order their usual size. Our adult clogs are unisex and sized in EU; use the EU / US W / US M switch above to see your US size. Between sizes or have wide feet? Size up. The Kids' Clog uses US kids' sizes. See the size guide.
Are they good for wide feet?
The rounded clog shape leaves room for your toes. If your feet are wide or you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Is it real suede?
Styles labeled genuine suede are made with real cow suede. Vegan styles use synthetic suede or faux leather and contain no animal leather, and the felt clog has a soft felt upper. Every product lists its exact materials under Product Details.
Can I wear them with socks?
Absolutely, clogs and cozy socks are a classic pairing. Have a look at our Staple Socks.
How do I care for suede?
Brush regularly with a suede brush, lift marks with a suede eraser and let wet suede air-dry away from direct heat. Avoid bleach wipes and harsh cleaners. Read our suede care guide.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5–12 business days to the US and 7–20 business days to most international destinations. Every order ships with tracking.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries with tracking. International orders ship DDU (duties unpaid), so local duties or taxes may be charged on arrival.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. You have 60 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Please try your pair on indoors so it stays unworn. Email support@genuinesuede.com with your order number and we'll send simple instructions. Read our Return Policy.
