How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5–12 business days to the US and 7–20 business days to most international destinations. Every order ships with tracking.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries with tracking. International orders ship DDU (duties unpaid), so local duties or taxes may be charged on arrival.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. You have 60 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items should be clean, unused and in their original condition. Email support@genuinesuede.com with your order number and we'll send simple instructions. Read our Return Policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@genuinesuede.com as soon as possible after placing your order and we'll do our best to update it. Once an order has shipped, it can't be changed.
How do I care for suede?
Brush regularly with a suede brush, lift marks with a suede eraser and let wet suede air-dry away from direct heat. Avoid bleach wipes and harsh cleaners. Read our suede care guide.
